Permanent position
Pay: 28k
Primarily responsible for entering data into the database system in a timely manner. Provide support to the Warehouse and Sales team members.
Excelling in areas of ownership, multi-tasking and quality focus.
Duties:
Complete order entry and pick release
Assist in monitoring customer websites/portals
Process orders received via the E-commerce website as directed
Track shipments and provide delivery and freight cost information
Assist in retrieval of customer EDI, print, and enter orders into system
Assist in the customer quotation and pricing process
Assist in the maintenance of customer pricing
Complete necessary tasks in the cut sheet process
Monitor backorder status and release orders when complete
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
Detail oriented
Proficient in ERP, order entry, pricing, and inventory processes
Excellent organizational skills
Required:
High School with an equivalent work experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
Must be good communicator
Proficient keyboarding skills
Preferred:
Associates Degree
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
