Senior Software Engineer (PL/SQL) - 2 positions now available
Responsibilities:
o Participate in the requirements analysis and detail design of object oriented software applications
o Analyze business systems requirements and design technical solutions based on those requirements
o Develop and support new software applications
o Design, document, test, and implement application features and enhancements
o Contribute to software development process standards
o Develop Oracle PL/SQL procedures and packages
o Develop technical specification documents
o Support and enhance existing programs and modules
o Participate in code reviews
o Assisting Product Support with production issues
o Thoroughly understand all the technical aspects of relational database design and data modeling
Requirements:
o Four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
o Minimum 2-10 years of experience in systems analysis and programming, addressing unique issues of architecture and data management
o Minimum five years Oracle development experience required
o Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the software development process
o Strong Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills
o Previous SQL tuning experience
