Job Description:
Experienced Production Supervisor is required having 3
years supervisory experience.
Required Skills:
College degree preferred
3
years supervisory experience;
Experience training and motivating department personnel in a fair and consistent manner;
Experience coordinating and supervising all department functions;
Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime or weekends when required.
Responsibility:
Training and motivating production personnel;
Producing the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost consistent with good manufacturing practices, GMPs;
Ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel;
Requesting and directing services of maintenance, sanitation and other personnel as necessary;
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records;
Maintaining consistent communications and monthly department meetings.
