Responsibilities:
Configure, design, build computers (laptops & desktops) and peripherals to end users/employees.
Required Skills:
Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while assuming a high level of responsibility and confidentiality
Ability to research and understand technical documentation
Be able to multi-task in a fast environment
Cooperative attitude with a team-oriented disposition
Required
Qualifications:
Enrolled in accredited college pursuing Bachelor's or Associate's degree in technical field. Students and recent graduates will need to provide a copy of their transcript as part of the interviewing and screening process
Experience and knowledge with personal computers
Understanding of Windows 7 or higher
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to troubleshoot computer issues
Must be able to take direction well and be a self-starter
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be customer service-oriented and learn techniques that best serve clients
Preferred
Qualifications:
Some college experience is preferable
