Summary:
Oversee the production operations of associates on assigned shift ensuring customer needs, safety requirements and corporate policies, procedures and operation goals are met.
Essential Duties:
Manage the hourly associates on the assigned shift.
Manage the scheduled production at established efficiency and utilization standards and complete daily shift audits.
Manage the material flow, inventory control, ISO quality program, scrap, safety and cleanliness of the Press Room.
Manage the continuous improvement, costs reductions, human relations and team oriented actions to maintain high morale and a pleasant working environment.
Ensure operators document production by press for your shift and audit the previous shifts prior to data being entered for MAL.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Education/Certification Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED, prefer degree in Manufacturing or related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
2
years Supervisory experience in Blow Molding environment preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
