We are a start up organization that recently accomplished a major milestone, and now we are seeking a contributing revenue producing individual to add to our highly valued team. Valintry works within an Inverted Pyramid Organizational Structure, which simply means our customers come first and all support throughout the enterprise is focused from the CEO up to our customer-facing individuals.

A background in Staffing, either agency or corporate recruiting
Has a solid understanding how to vet out contingent resources through interviewing, indirect or direct references and thorough investigation
An extrovert who embraces networking, meeting, and engaging with all types of people
Possesses a solid understanding of either the Accounting & Finance or Information Technology industries
We value a college degree and it is preferred
A person who values the ability to search the internet and always willing to learn new techniques on how to optimize that skill set
