o 3 years of agency experience
o Minimum of 3 years of technical and conceptual writing proficiency for requirements surrounding website creation, video shoots and multimedia projects
o Able to Project Manage online workflow modeling skills - fluency in MS Project
o Able to produce video shoots and interactive project and perform client facing tasks including presentations
o Ability to identify and assess risks to project timelines, resources, budgets and overall success and then adjust course effectively around rapidly changing information
o 3 years of experience working with technical teams and creative/web-based technologies and concepts such as ASP.NET, Open Source frameworks, CMSs, Tableless Layouts, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, SEO/SEM, wireframing and MS Project (Office)
o 2 years of experience working in a GUI environment
o 2 years of experience in an Agile environment
o Experience with managing shared resource pools / team facilitation
o Understanding of UI/UX best practices
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically, act quickly, multi-task and work collaboratively
o Outstanding interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders
