Health First is currently looking for experienced Home Care Registered Nurses! Hire on bonus and relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate.
Health First is Central Florida's only fully Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).With a mission to positively change the health and wellness of the communities we serve, Health First offers the latest technological advances and quality care at our four hospitals and through our many Outpatient & Wellness Services, as well as the area's only Trauma and Heart centers. Health First also offers multiple commercial and Medicare health plans, the largest multi-specialty physician group in Brevard County and four fitness centers to help members of our community stay healthy.
If you are an experienced home care nurse (RN) we currently are hiring for both full time and per diem spots! Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday from 8:
00AM to 5:
00PM. However we do require candidates to have a somewhat flexible schedule to allow for scheduled after hours visits when necessary. RNs are also part of our call rotation. Call is from 5PM to 8AM and we rotate it among the team. There are usually two nurses on call per night. At this time our employees are taking call about once a week. Weekend call rotation and holiday rotation are also required (policy states the employee must work one major & one minor holiday per year). Call pay, a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement are of course offered!
Our team covers all of Brevard County and the northern part of Indian River County in Central Florida. We do work / staff in teams so we try to keep each employee as close to their home as possible to limit the time you have to be on the road. We have a great team that is extremely supportive of each other and a Director who is known for her home care expertise and focus on the patient experience.
We are growing fast enough that though we love to train into home care at this time that is extremely difficult. Therefore we seek experience home care RNs. If you are a positive force that prides yourself on providing outstanding care we want to hear from you!
