Wage: Salary range of $12.00 - $13.00/hr(Full Time positions with benefits)
Location: Canonsburg - Southpoine

Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Support Services, this position is responsible to assist the Support Services Department in any new and continuing projects while keeping a special focus on the vendor database and handling any issue that arise while maintaining it accuracy and efficiency.

Job
Responsibilities:
Vendor management for all products including realtors, attorneys, closing agents, title abstractors, service providers, appraisers as needed
Add new vendors to database for current and future assignments
Verifying vendor information with the IRS
Update vendor information on a daily basis for all products
Counsel and correct vendors with communication issues
Place tickets to the IT dept. to correct issues
Assist vendors with any basic issues regarding logging on to and navigation the SingleSource website.
Assist with correcting vendor payment and billing issues
Assist accounting with preparing yearend tax forms
Assist with any projects filtered through the Support Services Department.
Field incoming calls and provide resolution for any issues within your power, or direct calls to the appropriate associate
Track and forward incoming company faxes
Manage any new or recurring projects while keeping up with the maintenance of the vendor database

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
