oUtilization Review/Management
o13 week assignment
oDischarge Planning
oKnowledge in Interqual or Millimen Guidelines
Qualifications

years of Experience in Acute Care Case Management
Active RN license
Critical thinking and adaptability skills
Great Computer Skills
Diligence & Responsibility towards ones work
Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment
