Maintenance Janitorial
Position Summary Work to maintain building and grounds, including equipment, machinery, office spaces, kitchen areas, common areas, and restroom facilities.
Essential Functions:
Include but not limited to.
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Responsible for plant and office clean up.
Maintain and clean up outside as needed.
Keep restrooms cleaned and maintained.
Assist with general building maintenance when required.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Must be able to operate floor cleaning equipment and other tools as required.
Responsible for sweeping and cleaning.
Knowledge of lawn equipment and ability to assist with lawn care as needed Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures and instructions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers and managers.
Driving Ability:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
