In an effort to further spur our growth, we are currently seeking Relocation Specialists to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Daily direct phone contact with transferring families, corporate clients, and domestic and international partners. This is NOT a call center environment, but a high level client-management environment.
Customizes specific relocation for each family, while EXCEEDING customer expectations.
Utilizes proprietary software to update and track tasks and progress of the individual relocations.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Can-do attitude
Genuine desire to help others
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
4-year college degree preferred, butEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
