FMG is seeking an intelligent and motivated individual to assist part-time or full-time with ongoing survey research efforts. These individuals' primary responsibility will be handling and entry of completed surveys. This job is best suited for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and solid computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring survey returns and maintaining a survey control system
Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal research teams as needed
Gathering survey returns from local post office
Entering survey responses into dataset
Coding and cleaning of open ended survey responses
Updating response rate reports based on current returns
Qualifications:
Strong data entry and typing skills, including 10-key
Knowledge of Excel and general computing skills
Ability to work across multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines, must be able to multi-task
Ability to transition between independent and team oriented tasks
Duties include the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of survey data
Ability to follow established procedures consistently
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
High level of integrity in dealing with sensitive information
Applicant must be able to pass extensive background checks to work with sensitive data
Valid driver's license and vehicle are a must
Spanish proficiency and previous officeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
