Light Maintenance and Ad Posting, GA

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, Signal Campus is looking for a highly responsible part-time handyman to service the Georgia Southern University, GA.
Responsibilities will include:
Posting of ads on newspaper kiosks
Cleaning newspaper kiosks
Repairing and maintaining newspaper kiosks
Removing and installing newspaper kiosks
Taking photos of completed work and sending via email from mobile phone

Required Skills
Must have smart phone, email and data service
Ability to work remotely using smart phone and website portals for work instructions
Ability to use small power tools to drill concrete on occasion
Small storage facility to store plexiglas and posters (could be a garage)
EXCELLENT communication skills
Requires electric drill and small hand tools

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Some warehouse and office work is involved.
Physical Demands
This position requires employee to be in good physical condition with no limitations. Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Be able to reach over head. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight on occasion.
Personal Protective Equipment
Safety glasses required while performing certain tasks.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time handyman to service the Georgia Southern University on the 1st and 3rd weekends of every month.

Preferred Education and Experience
High school graduate.
Two to three years of related experience.
Rate of Pay:
$15 per hour
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
