S.
based retail college bookstore environment.
This position is responsible for supporting the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures that cover the following functional areas:
employee relations, new hire process/ orientation, customer service and new store transitions.
Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, this position will primarily function as a human resources generalist, with emphasis in employee relations, full cycle recruitment, strategic staffing and development plans including compensation recommendations, succession planning, workflow and process improvement.
Identify and resolve employee issues/concerns; counseling/coaching employees and management; interpreting/ applying policies and procedures; providing guidance and training to management regarding the appropriate disciplinary actions and application of the performance management process and support for selected regional managers and/or 200 retail college bookstore.
Investigates, recommends and resolves employee relations issues within scope defined by Manager (e.
g.
, attendance issues, employment/hiring paperwork discrepancies, etc.
).
Supports store managers with employee relations issuesFull life cycle recruiting primarily focused on Field Management retail positions for Follett Higher Education Group Review and evaluate resumes.
Determine qualifications based on hiring manager guidelines, job description and appropriate criteria to present to hiring manager.
Coordinate interviews at all phases of recruiting process not limited to scheduling phone interviews for all candidatesManage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer generation and the acceptance/turndown process.
Negotiate offers by partnering with appropriate business partners, benefits, relocation and other functional areas as neededParticipates in monthly/quarterly conference calls, regional meetings and business updates to educate on recruiting best practices, market and benchmarking data.
Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree required; Masters Degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
