Membership Counselor
In-Shape Health Clubs has full time Membership Counselors openings which include a FREE MEMBERSHIP!!
Promote an 'In-Shape Lifestyle' through membership sales and retention activities. Counselors promote the In-Shape brand and vision to be the first choice for fitness, fun and relaxation. Counselors are expected to follow up on leads, generate leads, set appointments and close new memberships on a daily basis, achieving club goals for revenue and member satisfaction.
DUTIES
o Meet and exceed sales-activity goals on a daily basis, including making phone calls, scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting appointments, conducting tours and selling memberships.
o Submit sales activity reports in a timely and accurate manner
o Generate leads by collecting referrals from new and current members
Qualifications:
o Minimum two years of sales experience
o Health club or fitness experience preferred
o Familiar with point-of-sale and computer use
o Self-motivated including the ability to generate leads on own
o Bilingual skills a plus
o Strong organizational and time-management skills
