Responsibilities:
The Urology Sales Representative will drive the sales effort for our Urology product line. The Sales Representative's goal will be to generate new and maintain existing business by driving and supporting the sales process in a manner consistent with the company philosophy, US Leadership Principles, and Company policies. Key focus is utilizing specific sales know-how and intelligence while preserving and improving the revenue margin in their assigned territory.
The customer approach will focus on a concept sell; they will create the customer needs and help to define their decision criteria with an ability to learn and communicate complex scientific information on disease states and the overall market trends. The successful Sales Representative will develop relationships to provide value to customers while developing appropriate strategies for Urology products.

Skills/
Qualifications:
Four-year degree from and accredited college or university preferred.
Industry training, certification, and/or knowledge preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Strong selling skills (B2B etc.).
Customer service focused with an ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it confidently.
Strong business acumen including account management, targeting, analytics and reporting, and managed care, all within a regulated environment.
Demonstrate ethical and compliant behavior.
Demonstrated track record of success.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
