The Customer Service Associate will be based in Pennington, NJ.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed Prepare items for shipping Shipping & Receiving Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Handle time-sensitive information Handle confidential information Perform duties and special requests as assigned by team leader and manager Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs and measurements Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
