LPN-part time
We are seeking a PA licensed health care professional to administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring part-time, intermittent home visits. Provides care and works with the patient/family and other members of the nursing team in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
Computer skills and reliable transportation is a must.
1-2 years experience and home health experience preferred.
Comparable wages, mileage reimbursement, limited benefit package available.
