The individual in this position is a project leader responsible for the coordination of developer work assignments on applications using the Microsoft C# .NET development environment and SQL Server database. The indvidual oversees and participates in the scheduling, analysis, development, maintenance, and support of applications used by the Motor Vehicle Division. The individual ensures application code is accurately completed, tested, documented, and implemented within the time frames established. The individual must effectively communicate with customers and co-workers to ensure that the solutions being developed will accomplish what is needed.

Be able to speak and understand the spoken English language as well as have a clear comprehension of reading and writing in the English language to interact with management, technical staff, development staff, vendor staff, and users of IT. Display high standards of ethical conduct and refrain from dishonest behavior.

Display high level of initiative, effort, attention to detail and commitment by completing assignments efficiently with minimal supervision. Works and communicates with all clients (internal and external) and customers providing polite, quality professional service. Knowledge, skill, and experience with the use of C#.NET is required. Knowledge, skill, and experience with the use of SQL is required. Knowledge, skill, and experience with Application Support is required. Knowledge, skill, and experience with Information Technology Project Management is required. Ability to use a computer workstation for 90% of the day typing, viewing monitor(s), and using a mouse.

Travel:
Occasional overnight in-state and out-of-state.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university and experience equal to three years of full-time work:
operating a multi-job computer; installing, operating and coordinating computer based networks; installing/maintaining database management systems; developing business application processes; developing/operating system programs; installing/maintaining personal computers, Local Area Networks and/or servers; managing operating systems; developing/delivering information management training; providing Information Technology (IT) customer service; or designing/administering Internet sites. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
