DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive, process and tag incoming material
Move to and inventory materials in their respective area
Issue parts to work in process
Transport parts to respective work areas
Return cores and unused parts to inventory
Clean and maintain work area and inventory yard
Perform cycle counting as directed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual will posses the following knowledge, characteristics, skills and/or abilities:

Good basic math skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in English language


Other Physical Requirements:

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE, Steel Toed Boots, Goggles, Ear Plugs, Gloves)
Education and Experience
High school degree or GED
Two years previous railcar experience
One year previous materials or warehouse experience
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
Experience in forklift operations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
