Internal Tech Support Coordinator

o The Internal Tech Support Coordinator position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the people, systems and processes used to provide technical infrastructure support within the company.

Experience Requirements:
o At least 3 years' experience in a role providing Internal Tech Support/Help Desk for an organization
o Experience with Oracle Service Cloud is a plus
Technical:
o I.T. Troubleshooting skills, can demonstrate strong organizational project management and time management skills
o Strong computer skills
o Windows 2012 Server - Administrator experience/training
o Office365 - Administrator experience/training
o Windows 7 & 8 - configuration & troubleshooting experience/training
o Experience administering & report writing within Oracle Service Cloud is a plus
o Experience administering & report writing within Sage/MAS/ERP and for Crystal Reports is a plus
o HTML & PHP programming skills is a plus
o Strong knowledge of modern digital PBX ShoreTel systems administration and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook & Excel) is mandatory
o Webmaster - Adding/removing product, troubleshooting, basic web programming.
o Cloud Infrastructure experience a plus (AWS and Google Cloud Preferred)

o Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
