Summary
The Talent Operations Specialist supports the new employee pre-boarding process by collecting, auditing, and maintaining employment forms and records according to established regulatory and legal guidelines. Creates offer letters and non-compete agreements and gathers candidate signatures. Audits for data accuracy for internal employee job transfers. Communicates frequently with retail store managers and corporate recruiters to reinforce/maintain hiring process efficiencies and resolve issues. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Updates and maintain case management system and tracks metrics.
Qualifications
College degree with 2 years of HR Experience or 2 years of administrative/office experience
Effectively executes and manages multiple competing priorities
Works within tight deadlines
Maintains a high-level of quality, accuracy & confidentiality
Work well in a collaborative & team environment, as well as with cross functional teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience administering federal I-9 documentation and eVerify preferred
Strong administrative and customer service skills
