Position Title: IT Support / Help Desk

POSITION
Summary:
This position will primarily be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, telecommunications, software, and hardware. Maintaining and implementing improvements in all areas of IT systems.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
o Monitor, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, internal network structure, connectivity, server configuration, email, file storage, and backups without an unnecessary interruption of business.
o Provide support during and after business hours if required for maintenance and support to maintain critical systems for business operations.
o Operate as a liaison and emergency contact for external network support such as internet service providers, telephone communications, teleconferencing, cell phones, etc.
o Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs.
Qualifications:
o Minimum of 2
years' experience with PC, Mac, Server and LAN Support.
o Administrative level experience with Windows XP/7/8, Mac OS X, Windows 2003/2008/2013 Server, AS/400
o Mac and PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
o Active Directory maintenance, Exchange 2007, MS SQL 2008, BlackBerry Enterprise server
o Cisco Routers and Switches
o Experience with network security, VPN, Untangle Webfilter
o Strong work experience with Avaya Phone System and VOIP
o Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
o Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
o Experience with CCTV or IP Video Security is a PlusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
