Summary: Responsible for the Club's main switchboard and the first point of contact for members, guest and prospects that wish to make reservations at The Ford Plantation. Supports the Membership Department. Provides administratve assistance to the Club management team.

Essential Functions:
In charge of Club's main switch board. Handles all calls from members and non-members with questions and/or requests. Able to direct calls to correct department if not able to service requests.
Provides Administrative assistance to Club management team.
Provides exceptional professionalism and customer service every day.
Responsible for all lodging reservations and responding promptly with confirmation letters and intineraries to all Members and guests by email or fax.
Responsible for updating the membership staff in a timely manner as to member and prospect vists.
Prompt data entry of reservations in the Jonas system for accounting/billing purposes.
Prompt updating and distribution of updates of reservations on Excel spreadsheet for use as a manifest.
Produce a weekly guest list report for all club departments to utilize when guests are visiting.
Responsible for night audits everyday. Weekend audits completed on next business day.
Books amenities for Members, guests, charity auction winners and updates Membership and all Departments heads.
Provides information and directions for restaurants, museums, concert venues in Savannh and Richomond Hill.
Answers member questions about special events advertised in the club calendar and special events brochure.
Point person on Member Gift Certificate program. Sending and tracking gift certificates and report updates monthly to Membership department.
Books accommodations for all Members and non-member weddings. Works with Assistant Food and Beverage manager on all wedding lodging details.
Mason Jar Program- organize, order product, pack and ship product to members.
May prepare itineraries for non-resident members to maximize their enjoyment of the club.
Assist with coordination of member prospect experience visits.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFIATIONS:
High school diploma plus 1-2 years of college required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2
years' experience in hospitality environment and in a customer service/administrative role is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, use of the internet and Outlook required.
Jonas Hotel & Club Management software preferred. Typing skills of 50
wpm minimum required.
Must be highly motivated and able to work without supervision and on multiple projects
Work schedule is Monday-Friday with Saturday half days added during busy seasons
Valid driver's license, clean MVR and age 21 or older required in order to drive a company vehicle.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
