You do not need sales, business development, marketing or insurance experience to begin your road to success in this role! All you need is passion and a desire to make a difference.

We are looking for people who possess the following background/characteristics:
o 4-year degree
o Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
o Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., People Person)
o Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
o Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
o Desire for continuous learning
o Good communicator--excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
