Assistant to the Project Development Team

systems per month and growing, we are looking for a sharp, organized, dedicated candidate to join our sales team as an Assistant the Project Development Team. In this Administrative role, the candidate will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Project Development Department to provide them with all of the necessary organizational support within the office.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Update Customer Database
Data entry for past and present customers
Work with financial institutions
Assemble proposal binders
Collect deposits, customer signatures, & documentation
Responding to inquiries from customers via email and / or phone
Order necessary office materials
Assist the project developers with processing all contract paperwork and complete administrative tasks as necessary
Upload contract documents onto Quickbase
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associates degree or above preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted
Minimum 1 year administrative support experience preferred
Expert fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Gmail
Tireless personal initiative, entrepreneurial nature to drive toward solution and results
World class communication and customer service skills and experience
Prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
Friendly disposition, easy to work with and personable
Able to work in a fast paced environment surrounded by motivated, energetic individuals
Other:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug testEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
