Contracts Specialist

This is an Entry Level position, the Contracts Specialist generates legal documents (contracts) for all vacation ownership sales and performs related tasks required to complete the transaction in an expedient manner. The Specialist prepares and helps facilitate the contract for recordation as directed. Work schedule may include weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
Qualifications:
Required:
Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Preferred:
Experience in timeshare is a plus
Real estate, mortgage and/or sales office experience.
Contracts knowledge and experience.
Financial background helpful.
Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
SKILLS:
Required:
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, professional journals and/or government regulations.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
