o Mentor employees in leadership and sales skills through the company's sales programs o Lead team members to effectively fulfill Simply Mac's shared values through personal one-on-ones o Be an example of the company's shared values o Assist store manager in preparing weekly team meetings which address leadership, sales, and operational training Sales goals:
o Be a positive example to team members of the sale process, including being above standard on personal sales o Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt and professional manner Operations:
o Monitor inventory and shrinkage.
o Review all inventory shipments and transfers Qualifications o Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members o Expert ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization o Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals o Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities o Possess expert analytical, problem solving and decision making skills o Proficient ability to model consistently Simply Mac's commitment to a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment o Consistently demonstrates a commitment to Simply Mac policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities o Apple & Mac experience preferred.
o Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
o Aptitude to learn new products and services in a timely manner.
o Proficient in all Microsoft applications o At least one year of successful organizational experience required o High school diploma or GED required; 1 or more years of accredited college study preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
