Customer Service Representative

Dane County Auto is currently looking for a career-minded individual to respond to incoming phone calls and e-mails. In addition to setting appointments for the sales team.
Duties include:
Monitor incoming e-mail leads.
Answer customer inquiries.
Call potential customers to set appointments.
Manage the lead database, taking notes at every interaction with leads and salespeople.
Follow-up with customers via phone and email.
Set appointments with customers.
-Systematically follow up with leads and salespeople regarding lead statuses.
Assist with dealer website and Facebook.
Other duties as needed.
Must have:
Ability to Multi-Task and work in a fast paced environment.
General business knowledge.
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor and be self-motivated.
Full time with benefit package. Hours may vary. Rotating Saturday's. No Sundays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
