Members of the Bethesda team:
? Support individuals with disabilities in a residential group home setting
? View his/her work day with people supported and Bethesda co-workers as an opportunity to be a positive influence
? Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following safety and infection control procedures
? Personally contribute encouragement, guidance and genuine concern for daily accomplishments
? Promote the health, safety and emotional support
? Provide support to people by assisting in the development and implantation of all Support Plans, including spiritual life and achieving their personal goals and desires, providing interaction and choices for activities that support a meaningful day, and independent in activities of daily living.
? Demonstrate professionalism and high standards of integrity
Requirements:
? No experience required
? Must be 18 years old or older
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Valid drivers license and good driving record
? Pass background check, health physical and drug screen
? Be eligible to work in the United States
