Restaurant Assistant Manager

Moe's Southwest Grill is is in search of a full-time Assistant Manager position in a thriving franchise with opportunities for tremendous growth at both locations in Bloomington/Normal.
Summary
The assistant manager is responsible for assisting the management of daily operations of the restaurant, including front of the house and back of house operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards to optimize profits. In addition, he/she will participate in the selection, as needed, development, and performance of employees. The assistant manager assumes all general manager responsibilities for any length of time a general manager is not present.
Candidates must possess:
Previous restaurant management experience
Availability must include days, nights and weekends
Food safety certification preferred.
Leadership abilities
Energetic personality
Industrious attitude
Goal oriented mindset
Customer service focused
All candidates must be clean, neat and presentable which includes no visible tattoos or excessive body piercings. If offered a position you candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening on the first attempt, including marijuana.
