Home Sales Representatives
Representatives work with customers to select a house plan and then walk them through financing and building of their dream home. Must be self-motivated with a desire to assist customers with the biggest purchase of their life.
Bachelors's degree or sales experience is a plus. Real estate license is not required.
Excellent communication skills and diligence in following up with leads is a must. Competitive commissioned and bonus pay. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
