RN Surgical Discharge Planner / Case Manager / Nurse Educator
We are seeking a Part-Time RN with a dynamic personality to coordinate surgical and post-op authorization and care for patients undergoing outpatient surgery. Ideal candidate would have OR RN and/or PACU experience, but not required. Additionally candidate would participate in educational seminars geared towards total joint replacement, spine surgery and women's health.
Position involves heavy telephone work although some work occurs on site a providers office and ambulatory surgery centers. Hours are flexible, but candidate must be able to respond to issues in a timely manner.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
