Job Description:

Required Skills:

Four year degree in business, engineering or related discipline Or 10 years of directly related work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience in developing results oriented business relationships.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internal customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Proven experience with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in both craft and engineering environments.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated effective planning/organizational skills
Demonstrated effective problem solving/analytical skills
Project Management Expertise.
Experience in working and leading team environments and producing results.
Strong understanding of process based operations.
Supervisory Experience.
Experience in making sound business decisions based on analysis results.
