Expanding Commercial HVAC/Plumbing/ Sheet Metal company seeks a PM/Estimator hybrid who is good with proposals, submittals, business development, estimating and overall Project Management.
Wants the person to have a good understanding of Sheet Metal as that part of the company continues to grow but he also seeks someone with overall HVAC Commercial knowledge and the ability to PM the overall construction process.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
