Product Guru - Customer Care Specialist (Music, Audio, Video Industry)

The ultimate finalist would be someone with sharp attention to detail and a passion for creating customer happiness and helping customers find the perfect product for their needs. Our mission will only be accomplished when we find someone that is bright, energetic, and thrilled to be a part of an amazing team!
Work duties involve:
o Answering all product specific questions, including researching new products and finding the perfect Gator Case to go with them
Customer advocacy, service, and support
o Answering customer phone calls
o Promptly responding to emails
o Customer returns, exchanges, warranty issues, and parts requests
o Data/sales order entry
o Creating and updating custom Excel files
o Working with reports from SAGE 100 ERP
o Customizing Power Point presentations
o Entering and maintaining orders from B2B websites
Job Requirements:
o At least 2 years of data entry experience (with references)
o Type 45
wpm
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
o Ability to manage time
o Computer literacy, including Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
o Extreme attention to detail
o College not required but a plus
o Musical instrument and audio equipment knowledge a must!
o Sage 100 ERP software knowledge would be very beneficial but is not required
o Experience with vendor portals such as Commercehub, Vendornet, and DI Central beneficial but are not required

The customer service position hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime available and the possibility of travel. Compensation starting at $13hr.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
