THE PAY:
This position pays hourly, plus weekly bonuses. No earning cap on weekly bonuses. This is NOT a Versus pay scale. You get your hourly plus weekly bonuses that can easily be $200

THE POSITION:
We are adding a valuable member to our team! Seeking an outbound customer service agent to qualify leads. This position does not require any selling. You will be contacting our customers and getting more information about their needs. The Customer Service Phone Agent is responsible for mostly outbound calling. These are warm calls. There is NO cold calling. We also have previous customers to call and offer return vacations. There is a lot of opportunity for the right person. Experience over the phones preferred, but certainly not required. Always willing to train the right person. Explosive company with great opportunities to advance. Reliable transportation is a must. Hours are flexible and can be discussed. This is a full time position.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong communication skills Team Player Basic understanding of phones (Hold, transfer, etc) General computer knowledge with average to above average typing skills General knowledge of Branson, Missouri a plus, but not required Ability to perform basic math (Addition and subtraction) Ability to problem solve Ability to articulate a point of view and/or describe activities.
