Marketing/Brand Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Marketing/Brand Coordinator to create and maintain marketing work schedules and prioritize projects between the marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining work schedules to track and prioritize marketing projects
Ensuring projects are moving along seamlessly from start to completion
Monitoring the flow of materials or resources through the process to ensure on time delivery
Troubleshooting problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule
Working with Brand Director to help develop strategies and objectives for product lines
Sharing ideas for improving marketing procedures and strategies
Assisting in the preparation of all brand presentations
Measuring and reporting brand performance, assisting in the development of new label design, package design, marketing materials and others
Assisting in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports
Supporting marketing day to day operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects
Preparing budget and progress reports for management
Involvement with special projects as needed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/English/Communications or related field
At least two to three years of marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing work
Ability to work both independently and within the framework of an established team
Ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in the organization's workflow

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
