We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and energetic Environmental/Regulatory Project Manager/Team Lead to join our team in Durango, Colorado. This position is instrumental in delivering Tegre's environmental/regulatory consulting services to our clients. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of and ability to coach clients through local, tribal, state and federal environmental and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and have a sense of ownership and pride in delivering excellent work products and client service in a deadline-oriented environment. Qualities that are critical for someone in this position include being a creative problem-solver, possessing strong organizational skills, caring about attention to detail, maintaining effective time management, and having the ability to delegate wisely. Qualified candidates should have at least a BA/BS in a related discipline, and a minimum of 10-12 years of related experience; or a Master's degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.
