The Compounding Manager will be responsible for the follow-up of the preparation of the different pastes used on the different coating tables of the Vinyl production lines in function of the weekly planning schedule and in order to guarantee the continuity and the quality of the production process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entry of the produced quantities compound/paste.
- Management of stocks and stock registration.
- Reports on key numbers (stocks).
- Management of raw materials in cooperation with the Supply Chain department and Purchaser.
- Follow up of the acceptance and control of the delivered raw materials.
- Follow up of quality control of the paste.
- Control of receipts and machinery (also technically), preventive control included.
- Keep order and guarantee tidiness of the blending places.
- Coordinate, coach and manage the operators of the paste kitchen.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Textiles.
A minimum of 8 years of compounding experience supervising compounding or chemical processing operations in a compounding facility. Previous experience in production and a similar industry.
Knowledge and experience with PVC formulations and blending operations.
Technically qualified in product quality assurance.
Proficient knowledge of applicable computer software (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access)
Good judgment and are a good decision maker. You are a problem solver and can work under stress. You have good communication skills, multi-tasking and time management skills. You are a true team player and are a proactive and accurate person.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
