Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Customer Solutions Manager, this position provides customer satisfaction through strong phone and written communication. In addition to fielding incoming customer calls, this position provides customers with status updates, provides prompt resolution to issues.

Responsibilities:-Field incoming customer calls & some (limited) incoming vendor calls-Provide customers with status updates when necessary-Provide prompt resolution to issues from our clients-Complete CS job tasks; including but not limited to:-Electronically bill completed orders in 'PropertySmart' (proprietary software)-Process new web, fax and phone orders received from customers-Process incoming emails and faxes in the CS and fax inboxes-Provide order updates to customers via notes in 'PropertySmart' (proprietary software)-Provide order updates to customers via daily excel spreadsheets-Follow up with orders on the Customer Solutions WIP (Work In Progress)
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:-Superior communication skills-Commitment to customer satisfaction-Excellent organizational skills/ability to multi-task-Strong typing skills-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment-Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
