Owner Operators Wanted
Carrier will be delivering freight to store back room / storage area to include inside deliveries.
Requirements:
Clean criminal history, this includes misdemeanors
24'-26' Straight truck with lift gate
Proof of LLC or Corporation.
Signed W-9 form with EIN. (Sole Proprietor or personal SSN not acceptable)
US D.O.T. number in good standing
Copy of D.O.T. Authority &/or Nevada Motor Carrier permit.
Commercial Liability Insurance for $1,000,000
Cargo insurance in the amount of $100,000.00.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
