Operations Manager
To plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing in accordance with pre-established company objectives that is consistent with safety, delivery and quality requirements.
Lead plant activities through the planning with supervisors/departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner to satisfy the customer.
Maintain proper shop disciplines and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate data input and manufacturing cost controls.
Lead the Operations Team with the appropriate communication of goals, performance feedback, and rewards and recognition to provide optimum positive employee relations.
Utilize teamwork to develop plant synergy.
Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer problems/issues.
Oversee plant-staffing levels and assure compliance and improvements to the budget.
Ability to work in fast-paced, diverse work environment.
Strong exposure and demonstrated track record of manufacturing in a lean, Toyota Production System type of environment especially in set-up reduction and standard work implementation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
