Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE: Provides basic care needs of the residents including assisting with ADLs, conducting activities, and assisting at mealtimes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must posses the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Previous experience working with older adults preferred. PA: Must be 18 years of age or older unless they are on the PA nurse aide registry; must have a high school diploma, GED diploma or have an active status on the PA nurse aide registry. DE: Must be 18 years of age or older. MD: Must be 18 years of age or older; or 21 years of age if not supervised by someone who is at least 21 years of age. Must relate well to employees, residents and visitors.
