Accounts Payable Clerk
The RJ Corman Accounting Department has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Nicholasville area. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and MS Excel skills. Two years of accounts payable experience required. Previous experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Concur Travel and Expense Management would be beneficial.

Responsibilities include:
oReviewing and closing purchasing card transactions.
oIssuance of Purchase Orders
oProcessing and data entry of invoices
oProcessing and remittance of checks on a weekly basis
oProblem resolution of incoming invoices and statements.
oFile maintenance and report generation using MS Excel.
oEffective verbal and written communication skills.
oOther job duties as assigned.
AA/EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
