Looking for new talent to train in a trade! Restoration work has similarities to basement water proofing, building contracting and general construction. The perfect candidate will be willing work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, have a positive strong attitude, work ethic and attention to detail. General contracting, home inspection, home builders, framers and roofers are among some professions that match our criteria. Attention to detail and knowledge of a home's layout and foundation types will set individuals up to succeed in this trade.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Removal of mold from roof decking, underlay and crawl space joists.
Removal of wood staining caused by extended periods of mold growth
- Removal of water damaged material
- Smoke damage repair
- Roofing Repair
- Stone and Masonry Work
Benefits:
This is a direct employment (non-subcontracting) opportunity of $45K to $60K per year. Paid on the job training will be provided. Tools, equipment and jobs will also be provided. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
