Project Controls III
Standard Requirements/
Responsibilities:
1. Drive development and maintenance of specific project cost control baseline, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting systems to fulfill
project requirements.
2. Interface with Project team and others to enable exchange of information necessary to perform quality schedule, risk, budget and cost management.
3. Implement the project estimate into SAP as the project budget.
4. Implement all data into PRISM for project cost functions.
5. Establish initial cost baseline, WBS, and EVMS basis/analysis systems.
6. Drive monthly EVMS reporting system to include monthly variance reporting by the responsible managers.
7. Provide overall budget and cost change control.
8. Present all reports and analyses related to the Project costs and/or schedule and risks.
9. Identify project risks and develop & drive the mitigation strategy.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or equivalent technical discipline or recognized equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8; typically 12 plus years of project cost and schedule control.
3. Proficiency in Primavera scheduling products, SAP and ARES PRISM is desired.
4. MBA and Project Management certification are highly desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
