Responsibilities
Adhere to FutureFi and enterprise program governance
Responsible for creation of project work plans, identifying key milestones and critical path analysis
Track & drive resolution change controls, risk, issues and decisions for the respective project
Manage and provide visibility to Project Performance (scope, schedule, budget, value, status report, and communicating)
Facilitate resolution of decisions, risks, issues change controls for their project
Resource management
Facilitate project meetings
Build and maintain strong relationship with project team and stakeholders
Gain formal acceptance of solution through governance model
Ensure alignment with program/project goals/vision
Plan in both a left to right and right to left manner
Qualifications
Experienced Project Manager 8
years
Experience leading Finance Initiatives - specifically in one or more of the following areas:
Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash
Microsoft Office Expert across the board, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
Lean/Process Experience (a plus)
PMP Certification a plus
