Responsibilities:
o Analyze new hardware and software and work with engineering to determine best practices.
o Work closely with the Sales Engineering organization to understand the technology.

o Create and deploy software packages to mobile devices effectively and efficiently.
o Design processes to reduce redundancy and simplify support.
o Create and maintain accurate documentation on areas of responsibility.
o Attend training to learn and keep up to date on new technology.
o Be available for escalations from the customer.
o Assist with driving root cause for hot issues.
o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
o Some travel will be required.
Qualifications:
o Technical degree preferred but not required.
o Some experience working in an enterprise network environment.
o Experience with automated software distribution and deployment tools a plus.
o Basic knowledge of the Microsoft windows architecture including the registry, login scripts, and active directory.
o Documented software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
o Documented experience with local area network fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, and the OSI layer.
o Knowledge of current network and computer system security best practices.
o Self-motivated and customer oriented.
o Microsoft Certifications a plus, but not required.
o Experience with mobile devices, mobile operating systems, and Linux are a major plus.
o Software development skills a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
